Summary

As a former General Counsel and In- Counsel, I have, for 25 years, given legal support to several multinational Swedish and foreign listed companies (i.e. as General Counsel at and In-house Counsel at Skanska, ABB, Rolls-Royce and NCC). Since 2016 I run my own legal consulting business, Linton & Wahlgren AB. My extensive experience and knowledge include, amongst other:

• Holder of a scholarship from SIDA1, by which I was entitled to conduct a comparative study, in Kenya, between the colonial Anglo-Saxon contract law and the Swedish. This study formed the base of my graduate essay and a handbook for none-lawyers. • Chairman of the Helsingkrona Student Fraternity, Lund (Sweden).
