The library offers current issues of over thirty popular titles including: Newsweek, Reader’s Digest, Prevention, iPhone Life, ESPN, Eat Well, Good Housekeeping, Bloomberg Business Week, Vanidades, National Geographic, and Food Network.

The digital magazines are full-print, full-color duplicates of the print magazine (including ads). Some magazines even include interactive The Alsip-Merrionette Park Public elements, such as videos. The Library is pleased to be recognized by the Alsip Chamber of Commerce as one of the award winners in their 2013 Partners In Progress Contest. The winners of this award were nominated because of the upgrades in their property/landscaping and their part in improving the appearance of the Village of Alsip. We were presented with a sign announcing our award, which is proudly displayed near the front entrance. The library is very happy to be honored!
