    La Mezza Maratona Italiana del XXI° secolo Tutti i risultati femminili dal 1° gennaio 2001 al 30 settembre 2012 Questa lista vorrebbe comprendere tutte le prestazioni ottenute sulla distanza di mezza maratona (km 21,097) da atlete italiane, a partire dal 2001, con tempi fino a 1:15:00. Le atlete sono elencate in ordine alfabetico e per ciascuna, sono elencati tutti i risultati ritenuti attendibili. Da quando, negli anni ottanta, si cominciò a disputare la "maratonina", compreso il campionato individuale (prima edizione Mirandola 1980), fino al 31 dicembre 2000, altre atlete sono scese sotto il limite di 1:15:00.
