These awards are based on owner input concerning 32 attributes that are important to them and how satisfied they are with each of those attributes. Each year AutoPacific analyzes the results of its New Vehicle Satisfaction Survey and identifies the top performing vehicles by concentrating on reliability, quality and owner satisfaction data.
