Your club is cordially invited to enter our 23rd Annual Five/Six-a-Side Football Tournament, which is being held at CROFTON SENIOR SCHOOL, MARKS ROAD, STUBBINGTON, PO14 2AT as follows: Saturday 29th June AM U7s, U13s & U15s Saturday 29th June PM U9s & U11s Sunday 30th June AM U8s, U14s & U16s Sunday 30th June PM U10s, U12s AGE GROUPS ARE FOR SEASON 2018/19 i.e. THIS SEASON If you wish to accept our invitation would you please complete the attached entry form and return it to the address shown below, together with your entry fee of £30 per team entered. The closing date for entry is the 31st May 2019. Following on from the continued success of previous years, entries will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. You are advised therefore to forward your application as soon as possible. Please note however, that in the event that some age groups are oversubscribed, those clubs that have entered 2 or more teams in the same age group may have their entry numbers reduced, even if they submitted their application before the closing date. You will receive email confirmation of your entry and a set of tournament rules by the middle of June.

For age groups U7 & U8 the format will be 5-a-side with squads of up to 10 players and will be a ‘Festival Format’ competition with all players receiving a commemorative medal to mark their participation in our tournament.

For age groups U9 to U16 inclusive the format will be 6-a-side with squads of up to 8 players. U9 TO U16 TEAMS MAY ONLY REGISTER 8 PLAYERS.

If, for any reason, you have been advised that your games will be played on the 3G artificial surface all players should be made aware of the footwear restrictions which apply (please see information on page 8).

Under Child Welfare Guidelines issued by Hampshire FA specifically covering the summer tournament season, the taking of photographs, including those taken on mobile phones and tablets, is strictly prohibited and that only the officially appointed photographer, DE Photos, are permitted to take photographs at the Crofton Saints Tournament.

If it is reported to the tournament organising committee that photos have been taken the team involved will be expelled from the tournament.
