Points will be awarded to all riders having completed and obtained a Minimum Eligibility Result at a FEI World Cup™ Eventing Event and according to the following table for the Special FEI World Cup™ Eventing Standings: A rider riding more than one horse in a FEI World Cup™ Event will be awarded points for each Minimum Eligibility Result. A rider can participate in as many FEI World Cup™ Events as he wishes, but only the best 3 results will count. These three individual results may be from one or more 2011 FEI World Cup™ Event. The number of points awarded take into account if the rider has finished in the top 25% of the classification of the event as for the World Event Rider ranking: World Cup Classification (to include 25% of World Cup POINTS starters) (= CIC3*) Placed 1st 41 Placed 2nd 38 Placed 3rd 36 Placed 4th 34 Placed 5th 32 Placed 6th 30 Placed 7th 28 Placed 8th 26 Placed 9th 24 Placed 10th 22 FEI EVENTING WORLD CUP™ 2012 Final standings following 4 events – (28.08.2012) Etc up to 25% of starters 2 etc 3rd last rider completed with MER 2 2nd last rider completed with MER 2 Last completed with MER 2 Should two or more riders have equal points in the final ranking, the following tie breaker system will be applied to determine the priority of riders’ in the final Classification: 1. rider with highest placing in a FEI World Cup™ Event; 2. in case of equal placing in a FEI World Cup™ Event, lower total of penalties points, based on the lower sum of the totals of penalties points from the relevant competitions..
