Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida (IITGN) SUMMARY Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida (IITGN) SUMMARY Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (DMICDC) has identified a site of 302.63ha for the development of the “Integrated Industrial Township” under DADRI-NOIDA- GHAZIABAD Investment Region of Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) with the foresight of creating a skilled and employable work force for the large scale investments for the commercial and industrial development expected in DMIC region. The project has planned a combination of non-polluting industries like R&D, Hi-Tech / Bio- Tech Industries, commercial and Residential area etc. For the implementation of the proposed Integrated Industrial Township at Greater Noida a separate SPV is formed between DMIC Project Implementation Trust and GNIDA. The SPV has been constituted for development and management of the proposed Integrated Industrial Township. Noida (including Greater Noida) which has been once listed under CEPI list as critical has been de-listed by MoEFCC in May, 2016 due to implementation of various EMP measures. 1. Project Highlights: Development of the “Integrated Industrial Township” (IIT), Dadri under Delhi- Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (DMICDC).The Project Details : IIT Greater Noida is a part of the delineated site for Delhi Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR), planned within the notified Greater Noida Master Plan-2021 area. Land Use : Integrated Industrial Township Total Plot Area- 302.63 Ha. Total Built up Area (In consideration with FAR) – Proposed area : 677.17 Ha. : Project Site Greater Noida, Tehsil- Dadri District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, UP 0 0 0 0 Lat/Long : Lat: 28 27’(N) to 28 28’(N), Long: 77 34’(E) to 77 36’(E) Site Elevation : The ground elevation varies from 202 m to 207m above mean sea level. Almost flat in nature. The northern half of the project area generally gravitates towards the Kot Escape canal, while rest of the project area gravitates towards Site Topography : the Kalda Distributory canal. The sub-soil strata at proposed site are generally homogeneous and comprises of mainly sandy/clay silt of low plasticity with water table level of about 4- 8 m below ground level. Seismic Zone : Zone-IV as per IS-1893 (Part 1): 2002 Ajayabpur Railway Station –0.5 km from site, Nearest Highway – NH 91 at 6 Nearest Railway : Station/ Airport km (NE) Nearest Town – Dadri and aerial distance of Sikanderpur town at about 10km Nearest Town, city, : from project site. Village Panchayat - Ajayabpur, Rithori, Ghodi Bacheda villages Nearest City – Greater Noida Ecologically None within 10 km aerial coverage Sensitive : Zone Reserved/ Protected There is no protected forest in the study area. Mursaidpur, Gulistanpur and Forests : Kodnakhurd reserve forest area lies about 10-12 km distance form project boundary.
