Dan Lloyd is a Partner in the Private Funds Practice of the PRACTICE FOCUS London Office. Dan’s practice focuses on the formation and operation of private investment funds across a broad range of Corporate investment strategies, and other aspects of private investing in Private Funds alternative asset classes, including separate account Investment Funds arrangements, co-investments and the structuring of executive and co-investment arrangements. Recognized as a 2021 Law360 “Rising Star” in Fund Formation, Dan has represented many of the largest and most well-known sponsors of funds, including , Astorg, BC Partners, Bridgepoint, Carlyle, Charterhouse, , Coller Capital, CVC Capital Partners and EQT, on significant private equity fund formations.
