General Terms & Conditions specified by the partner:

 Valid only on service spends  Discount cannot be clubbed with any other offer/ membership/ discount running at the salon.  Conditions as applicable  The Offer can be availed only on transactions done using an ICICI Bank Credit, Debit, or any variant of prepaid Card issued by the Bank. (“Cardholder”)  No two offers can be clubbed together.  The discount will be applicable only on service spends and not on products purchased.  This discount cannot be clubbed with any other offer, promotion, membership or packages running at the salon.  Applicable only at the list of participating salons  Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the Cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the Cardholder.  The Offer cannot be clubbed with other promotions or offer or any voucher that a customer might have received from Juice Hair Marketing Private Limited or ICICI Bank.  All Juice Hair Marketing Private Limited standard Terms & Conditions will apply.  The offer can be availed multiple times during the Offer Period.  The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.  Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to Juice Hair Marketing Private Limited at [email protected]. ICICI Bank will not be liable for the same.  Any dispute relating to the Offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of courts only.  ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Juice Hair Marketing Private Limited.  Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Customers with Juice Hair Marketing Private Limited directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.  ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services etc availed by the Customers under the said Offer offered by Juice Hair Marketing Private Limited.  No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Customers shall be allowed.
