Information is from a variety of sources including the County’s real estate database, approved Plans of Development (POD), and GIS. The report categorizes the facilities into three different categories related to their status: “Existing,” “Proposed” and “Under Construction.” In order to get to the “Proposed” stage, a POD must be filed with the County’s Planning Department, while a Building Permit would trigger the “Under Construction” status. A map is available at the beginning of the report to identify the general location of all Hotel & Motel Facilities and their status.
