We had our Bright Side of Life Choir with the Silver Tones Choir from performing in the Belgard Community Hall as part of the Bealtaine Festival - wonderful evening with great talent. We had Celine doing her line dancing which is always a great morning. This week we had Fiona Flavin, Zumba Gold - a dance-based exercise of low and moderate impact.
