Live, Jesus, in Our Hearts Forever! Letter Dear Bishop Kelley Community, From the Just a few weeks ago, the Class of 2016 walked across the stage as the newest graduates of Bishop Kelley High School. It's common in the President education world to desperately look forward to summer, but for me summer means losing these seniors. Don't get me wrong, they are ready to go to college. Spiritually, academically, and socially, they leave BK prepared, but with each class and with each student who graduates, our alumni take a piece of BK with them. Graduation day is one of mixed emotions. The Ambassador In the aftermath of graduation, I had a rather exceptional conversation Magazine is with a graduate. She said to me, "Bishop Kelley is a once in a lifetime kind published by the of place." I've heard a lot of things said about our school over the years, but Bishop Kelley this was a new one. Bishop Kelley is a "Once in a Lifetime Place." Advancement Office. In that spirit, we give you the Summer 2016 Ambassador. It's full of stories of current and former students taking advantage of once in a lifetime Rev. Brian O'Brien opportunities. Junior Patrick Callan in the pool, senior Sami Isler on the President stage, Charlie Nickel's day on a golf course in 1970, and Chinese teacher Pei Doug Thomas Jen Chou who has seized several once in a lifetime moments to achieve her Director of Advancement dreams. Jane Oberste '77 Director of Admissions These individuals took the opportunities given to them, worked hard, Margaret Jones and seized the moment. These stories are indicative of the thousands Advancement Services Coordinator of Bishop Kelley students and alumni who do the same every day. God Robin Lewis places moments in our lives. Each of us has the free will to ignore them, or Advancement Event embrace them. Coordinator Megan Schaunaman Thank you for your continued support of Bishop Kelley High School. We Neely '01 need your prayer and support now more than ever to continue Director of Alumni Relations to make Bishop Kelley a "once in a lifetime place" for our David Tackett current and future students.
