Last date for receipt of quotation in the office of the undersigned “NPCC Ltd, NER(C), Bandstand, P.O. Madanriting, Shillong, Pin- 793021’’ 30/05/2017 up to 3-00 PM . The tender will be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of interested bidder.

Terms & conditions:

1. Quoted price to be inclusive of all taxes, levies etc & delivery up to Assam Rifles Public School at shillong. 2. Two separate demand draft one for Quotation Processing Fee of ₹ 500.00 (Non-refundable) and another for EMD of ₹ 23,000.00 will be drawn in favour in “NPCC LTD.” Payable at Shillong and to be enclosed within same envelop. 3. No interest will be accrued or payable on EMD and will be refunded on finalisation of quotation. 4. P.O. to be placed in favour of lowest bidder which is to be decided on the basis of total quoted amount. 5. Delivery: Within 10 days from placement of order. 6. Payment: on successful delivery & demonstration after installation. 7. Validity of offer will be up to 90 days. 8. Quotation inviting authority reserves the right to cancel the quotation invited without assigning any reason to anyone. 9. Quotation submitted without processing fee & EMD will be summarily rejected.

JURISDICTION:-The purchase order/work order will be executed at Shillong and the Courts in Shillong, Meghalaya alone will have jurisdiction to deal with matters arising there from. For further Corrigendum/ Addendum/ Errata will be available at www.npcc.gov.in

Conditional quotation will not be accepted.
