SUBBA REDDY to move the following :- “That this House do agree with the Thirty-ninth Report of the Committee on Private Members’ Bills and Resolutions presented to the House on 7 February, 2018, subject to modification that para 4 and sub-para (ii) of para 5 of recommendations thereof, relating to allocation of time to Resolutions, be omitted and the Fortieth and Forty-first Reports of the Committee presented to the House on 7 and 14 March, 2018, respectively.”. _______ RESOLUTIONS 20. FURTHER DISCUSSION on the following resolution moved by Shri Raghav Lakhanpal on the 22nd December, 2017 :- “This House expresses its grave concern over the Implementation of a stringent population explosion in our country, which, if not population taken care of, would lead to demographic control policy. catastrophe in the next fifty years, and urges upon the Government to implement a stringent policy aiming at population control at the earliest.” 8 21.
