(2) Twentieth Report on Action taken by the Government on the recommendations contained in the Tenth Report (Sixteenth Lok Sabha) of the Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes on the subject 'Status of implementation of reservation policy in those companies who have 50% Government and 50% private equity like PETRONET LNG Limited'. The Trafficking of 15. The Banning of 16. SHR ARUN JAITLEY to move for leave to Unregulated Deposit introduce a Bill to provide for a comprehensive Schemes Bill, 2018. mechanism to ban the unregulated deposit schemes and to protect the interest of depositors and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. ALSO to introduce the Bill. ______

(ii) Bill for consideration and passing

The Fugitive 17. SHRI ARUN JAITLEY to move that the Bill to Economic provide for measures to deter fugitive economic Offenders Bill, 2018. offenders from evading the process of law in by staying outside jurisdiction of Indian courts, to preserve the sanctity of the rule of law in India for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, be taken into consideration. SUBBA REDDY to move the following :- “That this House do agree with the Thirty-ninth Report of the Committee on Private Members’ Bills and Resolutions presented to the House on 7 February, 2018, subject to modification that para 4 and sub-para (ii) of para 5 of recommendations thereof, relating to allocation of time to Resolutions, be omitted and the Fortieth and Forty-first Reports of the Committee presented to the House on 7 and 14 March, 2018, respectively.”. ______

RESOLUTIONS 20. FURTHER DISCUSSION on the following resolution moved by Shri Raghav Lakhanpal on the 22nd December, 2017 :- “This House expresses its grave concern over the Implementation of a stringent population explosion in our country, which, if not population taken care of, would lead to demographic control policy. catastrophe in the next fifty years, and urges upon the Government to implement a stringent policy aiming at population control at the earliest.”
