REFRESHMENTS: A refreshment vehicle will be in attendance.

CAR PARKING: Our staff will be present on the day to assist with car parking.

TOILETS: A toilet will be provided on the sale day.

VIEWING: Viewing on the morning of the sale.

PAYMENT & REMOVAL: Payment is due on the day of purchase, our mobile office is able to accept cash, credit/debit card. No removal of goods are permitted without payment prior. If goods cannot be removed on the day, arrangements will need to be made with auctioneers on the day. Any goods left on the sale site after the Friday 15th September 2017 will be disposed of.

VAT: Please be aware some items will be subject to VAT and therefore VAT will be charged in accordance to the current rate.

BUYERS PREMIUM: Commission will be charged at 10% on any single lot up to and including £2,000. Any lot over £2,000 will be charged at 5%.

BUYERS REGISTRATION: All buyers must register for a buyer’s number on the sale day from the Kivells office.

IMPORTANT: The Auctioneers and their clients accept no liability for any damage or injury to persons or plant and all attend the sale at their own risk.

DIRECTIONS:- Sale signs will be posted on the sale day A30 Westbound Take the turning signed for Chapel Town & Summercourt by the “Clock Garage” then turn immediately right beside the garage signposted Arrallas, and the sale field is located half a mile down that road on the left

A30 Eastbound Take the turning for , Newquay, Summercourt. At the junction turn left onto the A3058 for Summercourt, at the traffic lights turn right for & , upon reaching the Clock Garage turn left for Arrallas and the sale field is located half a mile down that road on the left.

CONDITIONS OF SALE (Please note the below is a summary of the conditions of sale – full conditions of sale from the LAA are available upon request)

1. The auctioneers sell as agents for the Vendor (except where they are stated wholly or partly to own any lot as principal) and as such are not personally responsible for any default by the Vendor or Purchaser. 2. Subject to the reserve price (if any) being reached, the highest bidder for any lots shall be the Purchaser, and if any dispute arises, the Auctioneers may determine the same, or the lot may be put up again and resold at their discretion. 3. request, transfer lots to another Purchaser, but the original Purchaser shall not cease to be responsible for the purchase money and, in the event of default may be sued for the same. 4. No lot of any description is sold with a ‘warranty’ or ‘condition’, unless specifically mentioned at the time of sale. 5. If a purchaser shall fail to comply with any or all of these conditions any money deposited will be forfeited and any lot which remain uncleared after the times and date specified in the Payment & Removal section will be sold by public auction or private sale, without notice to the Purchaser, and deficiency (if any) arising upon the resale together with interest thereon (at a rate of 15% per annum) and all costs, charges and expenses incurred shall be due as a debt by the Purchaser in default upon the first sale and be recoverable as for liquidated damages. 6. Accidents – every person attending the sale shall be deemed to be there at their own risk and neither the Vendor nor Auctioneers will be responsible for any damage to life or limb or property, prior to or during the progress of the sale, or at any time during the removal of lots. Cars are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
