Also saw snaps at LT during the year. • Placed on IR (knee) following Week 15. Inactive (ankle) Week 1 at Baltimore. On reserve/COVID-19 for Week 11 vs. Eagles. • Helped Browns run game finish third in NFL for rush yards (2,374) and fifth in yards per carry (4.7960, third in AFC). • Propelled Browns to four games with at least 200 rushing yards (Weeks 2, 4, 10 and 12), one of only three NFL teams (Ravens, Titans) to reach mark in as many contests in 2020. On third-and-9 with 2:27 remaining, made key block on RB D’Ernest Johnson’s 28-yard run that helped Browns sustain final drive and solidify win. • In Week 6, started first NFL game at guard (RG), playing every offensive snap. • During Week 7 win at Cincinnati, started at RG, playing every offensive snap. • Started at RG against Raiders, playing every offensive snap. • Against Ravens in Week 14, took snaps at LT, marking his third of five OL positions played on the Browns OL in 2020. • During Week 15 win at NY Giants on Sunday Night Football, started at RG but sustained knee injury on second offensive snap and did not return. Helped the school capture the state title. • Uncle, Brentson Buckner, is a former defensive lineman for the Steelers (1994-96), Cincinnati Bengals (1997), San Francisco 49ers (1998-2000) and Carolina Panthers (2001-05) and is the current defensive line coach for the Oakland Raiders. • Majored in communications management at UAB. HISTORY BEYOND FOOTBALL • Along with teammate T Kendall Lamm, sent a letter to the Ohio Senate Judiciary Committee supporting Senate Bill 256, which would abolish the sentence of life without the possibility of parole for kids and grant parole eligibility for kids sentenced to extreme time in adult prisons. • Hubbard also donated to Feeding America to support Cleveland and Georgia Food Banks. • Launched a “Corona Workout” with the Cade Foundation to encourage families struggling with infertility. • Advocate for mental health resources and awareness, particularly after receiving personal RECORDS assistance. Prominently supports the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), especially during Mental Health Awareness Week and representing the organization during My Cause, My Cleats the past two seasons. NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization and is dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.
