Executive Adam Struebing and his talented culinary team can help you create a menu that is a perfect reflection of your company's or family’s unique tastes and preferences. Our kitchen uses only the best ingredients and we strive to integrate fresh and locally sustainable products as much as we possibly can. Chef Struebing has developed numerous relationships with area farmers and vendors that allow us to create truly wonderful menus with the finest that Wisconsin has to offer.
