Academics, Compliance & Student-Athlete Support • Average GPA for all student athletes over my last eight semesters was 3.25. • Collaborated with the registrar to implement a new compliance/eligibility workflow. • Created and staffed a new position of compliance coordinator. • Established a dedicated student-athlete study center in Keating Sports Center • Created a weekly early warning program to monitor class attendance, missed assignments, and performance on quizzes and tests.

Marketing & Communications • Served as a member of the University Marketing Task Force (2012-2013). • Implemented live web streaming of home athletics events. • Founded the annual “South Side Classic” baseball game played at US Cellular field. featuring the IIT baseball team versus a regional non-conference opponent.

Human Resources & Personnel • Oversaw human resources, coaching and annual evaluations for all fulltime employees and student employees in the athletics department. • Created new matrix for athletics staff/coaching annual evaluations. • Conducted annual evaluations of all full-time athletics employees. • Worked with Human Resources on recruitment and hiring of all personnel. o Selected search committees for all open positions utilizing athletics staff, coaches and University partners. o Ensured all searches attracted a diverse applicant pool. • Hired head coaches in baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, swimming, cross country and track & field.
