Regional Express was formed in 2002 out of the collapse of the Ansett group, which included the regional operators Hazelton and Kendell, in response to concerns about the economic impact on regional communities dependent on regular public transport air services previously provided by Hazelton and Kendell. 1.2. Regional Express Holdings Limited was listed on the ASX in 2005. The subsidiaries of Regional Express are: • Regional Express Pty Limited ( Rex ), the largest independent regional airline in Australia and the largest independent regional airline operating at Sydney airport; • Air Link Pty Limited, which provides passenger charter services and based in Dubbo NSW, • Pel-Air Aviation Pty Limited, whose operations cover specialist charter, defence, medivac and freight operations; and • the Australian Airline Pilot Academy Pty Limited (AAPA ) which provides airline pilot training and the Rex pilot cadet programme. 1.3. Rex has regularly won customer service awards for its regional air services and in February 2010, Rex was awarded “Regional Airline of the Year 2010” by Air Transport World. This is only the second time that an Australian regional airline has won this prestigious international award, the previous occasion being in 1991 when this award was won by Kendell. -

DRAFT WAGGA WAGGA Transport Plan Baylis Street, Wagga Wagga 01 Wagga Wagga Transport Plan Wagga Wagga is changing. We need to manage the transport network differently to realise the community vision for Wagga Wagga and ensure transport can support growth in a sustainable way. The Wagga Wagga Transport Plan is the first Future Transport Plan for regional NSW. The learnings from this process will inform other regional Future Transport Plans around NSW. The plan has been led by Transport for NSW in collaboration with Wagga Wagga City Council and with input from Wagga Wagga organisations and NSW Government agencies. What is a Transport Plan? › A Transport Plan provides a shared vision for how the transport network, infrastructure and services will be managed and developed over time to realise community aspirations. › The Transport Plans take a movement and place approach. This approach considers how the desired land uses and transport network will work together to achieve a community vision for a place. It involves multiple stakeholders and practitioners with expertise in land use planning, urban design and transport planning. › The NSW Government’s Regional NSW Services and Infrastructure Plan commits to developing integrated transport plans for regional centres like Wagga Wagga. NSW Common Planning Assumptions Common Planning Assumptions are used across agencies to ensure alignment and understanding of the relevant data, policies and assumptions to underpin planning decisions and policy analysis for government strategies and investment decisions. This supports consistency in the advice provided to Government and the community. The Common Planning Assumptions represent a consistent baseline or a starting point, and are developed based on current and past trends and agreed policies and plans. -

• Albury Airport Master Plan 2018 Prepared for Albury City Council FINAL DRAFT June 2018 Reference No: TAG990 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Albury Airport Master Plan 2018 presents a plan for the airport with a 15-year planning horizon. The Master Plan has been developed based on a culmination of desktop review and research, stakeholder engagement, conceptual design, and engagement of expertise to produce forecasting, noise contours, and cost estimates. This Master Plan is supported by several key documents, including a Car Park Study; Terminal Study; Freight Study; ANEF Report; and Forecast Report. The aim of this Master Plan is to safeguard the development of ABX and make recommendations for future operations, taking into consideration the role of the airport and the commitment of Albury City Council (ACC) to drive the economic and social development for the Albury-Wodonga region. This 15-year Master Plan is designed to ensure the airport has capacity to grow and develop to meet regional demand and capitalise on its economic development potential. The key objectives of this master plan are to: • Provide an overview of the current regulatory context of the airport; • Outline the existing activities and facilities at the airport; • Forecast air traffic demand for the next 15 years; • Maintain the ability for RPT, GA, and emergency services aircraft to operate safely; • Facilitate the ability for the airport to grow and expand in response to the regional demand; • Safeguard the long-term plans of Albury City for the airport and nearby areas; • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations; and • Develop an implementation plan to meet future capacity needs. -

Canterbury–Bankstown Council Planning Proposal PP_2016_BANKS_001 Amend Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Clause 4.4A) Planning Proposal–Bankstown LEP 2015 (Clause 4.4A) Page | 1 August 2016 Canterbury–Bankstown Council Part 1–Intended Outcomes The intended outcome of this planning proposal is to clarify the implementation of clause 4.4A(4)(c) of Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 in relation to building heights. Part 2–Explanation of Provisions Clause 4.4A of Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 currently utilises a floor space bonus scheme to encourage development that achieves higher environmental design outcomes. This clause applies to certain land within the commercial core of the Bankstown Central Business District. It is proposed to amend clause 4.4A(4)(c) to enable Council to vary the building height standard when accommodating the floor space bonus in building designs, provided the objectives of the clause are met. It is noted that additional drafting changes may occur to achieve the intended outcome of this planning proposal. Is the planning proposal a result of any strategic study or report? Bankstown Local Environment Plan 2015 came into effect on 5 March 2015. This replaced the former Bankstown Local Environment Plan 2001. Since this time, Council officers have been checking to ensure the plan is operating as intended and is delivering the outcomes endorsed by Council. The review process has identified a certain issue with the implementation of clause 4.4A. -
