MEDIA INFORMATION For Immediate Release 19th May 2014 DJOKOVIC WINS THIRD ROME TROPHY HEAD ambassador Novak Djokovic claimed his fourth straight win over Rafael Nadal, lifting a third Rome Masters title 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 and heading to the French Open as a major title favourite. The Serb, armed with the HEAD Graphene Speed, won his fourth match on clay against the Spaniard. The victory gives the HEAD ace titles in three of the five Masters 1000 events played so far this season. Speaking after the win, Djokovic said, "After three years it is a pleasure to win this trophy again. Rafa has such a tough game and is a difficult opponent always with his game and style." Djokovic has now claimed Rome honours in 2008, 2011 and at this edition. Nenad Zimonjic who promotes the HEAD Graphene Speed and partner Daniel Nestor picked up their 27th tour-level team title in Rome, when they captured the doubles title for a second time after 2009. The sixth seeds defeated Robin Haase and Feliciano Lopez 6-4, 7-6 (2) in the final. It was the their second straight ATP World Tour Masters 1000 crown, having lifted the Mutua Madrid Open trophy seven days ago. But that is only if they can move on from events in Belgrade, Serbia, last month, when the ebbs and flows of the Davis Cup final between Serbia and France reduced these big hitters to tears on consecutive days. Llodra made Zimonjic cry first, teaming with Arnaud Clément to beat Zimonjic and Viktor Troicki in a five-set epic and give France a 2-1 lead that Zimonjic feared would be decisive. But when the final ended, Llodra was the one sobbing in his chair with the captain Guy Forget and his teammates gathered around him after he had been overwhelmed by Troicki in the last singles match. “I was definitely sorry for him,” Zimonjic said in Melbourne, where the Open begins Monday.

News Release 26 November 2018 DJOKOVIC, NADAL, FEDERER IN TOP 3 YEAR-END ATP RANKINGS FOR RECORD 7TH TIME, FIRST TIME SINCE 2014 PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FLORIDA — The ATP World Tour today published the 2018 year-end ATP Rankings on ATPWorldTour.com after an exciting season of milestones and breakthroughs. The trio of Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer finished in the Top 3 ATP Rankings for the seventh time (2007-11, 2014, 2018), the first since 2014. All three players ranked No. 1 at one stage during the year and it was the first time all three ranked No. 1 during the same season. There were five changes in the year-end Top 10 from the previous season for the second year in a row, including first-timers No. 6 Kevin Anderson and No. 10 John Isner, both former U.S. collegiate standouts. The last time at least two former college players finished in the Top 10 was in 1989 when John McEnroe, Brad Gilbert and Jay Berger accomplished the feat. Other players returning to the Top 10 were World No. 1 Novak Djokovic, who was No. 12 at the end of 2017, No. 5 Juan Martin del Potro, who equaled his year- end best from 2013, the last time he was in the Top 10, and No. 9 Kei Nishikori, who jumped from No. 22 last year.
