Personal Profile:

A process and innovation driven work ethic has assisted me through 20+ years in the water industry. I have worked my way through positions initially on site and for the last 10+ years into the office environment. This work route had allowed me into the front line build ability of construction operations right back to criteria of contract management/administration and conceptual design. This has allowed me to adopt a whole view approach to decision making within my employers. I have a personal drive to modify or create new ideas that I exercise in my personal and work life and encourage those around me to follow or contribute to this lifestyle. I am self‐motivated and strive for a precise and organised environment; I confront disorder as a challenge. My imagination is well exercised through personal hobbies/goals which include publishing arranged electronic music, woodworking and mountain biking. I am married with children. I have won a number corporate innovation suggestions with previous employers.
