    Luxulyan Parish Neighbourhood Plan Questionnaire Summer 2017 Following the consultation and questionnaire in Autumn 2017 the following is the analysis of the responses. 611 questionnaires were sent out. 163 completed responses were received and an additional 10 were returned with ‘address unknown’. This equates to 27.1% return. We feel this is an excellent response and therefore is sufficient to be representative of local opinion. We thank everyone who took the time to respond to the questionnaire. 1.
