Las Vegas defeats Salt Lake 8-6 in series opener: The Salt Lake Bees Aviators defeated the Bees 8-6 last night in the opener of the All-Time Record vs. Bees six-game road trip before a crowd of 4,854 at Smith ’s 204- 201 (.504 ) Ballpark. Las Vegas has now won four straight games. Home: 118-86 (.578) The Aviators recorded 12 hits and built Las Vegas offense: Road: 86-115 (.428) a 5-0 lead after 3 ½ innings. Las Vegas offense: The Aviators recorded 10 hits and scored solo runs in the first, third and seventh innings.
