He has refereed every county hurling final in Donegal there is to offer, from U12 to Senior, and has won them all as a player too. Plus he has the odd football final under his belt too and has been involed in Ulster and All Ireland finals in the past. Trevor Maloney Trevor is 37 years old and is from Lanesboro in Co. Longford. He is a GAA referee for last 10 years,transferring up to Donegal in 2017, and has referee’d from Underage to Intermediate level in the County. He ref’s both hurling and football. He currently lives in Buncrana and is a member of CLG Bun Cranncha. Trevor has served in the defence forces for 20 years and is based in Finner Camp. He represented Longford at minor level in both hurling and football but injury cut his playing career short and he decided to take up refereeing to stay involved in the GAA. Ground Regulations 0I.
