The Wine Cellar (Semiprivate) Group Dining / Special Events Brix’s exciting garden to table cuisine and our friendly, professional service is available for special events in three indoor dining spaces and two unique outdoor spaces. We can accommodate any type of event, ranging in size from 2 to 250 guests. Our polished service staff attends to every detail, ensuring that your event will be memorable and worry-free. Events Include: • Breathtaking ambiance with garden to table meals & attentive service • Personalized printed menus • Dining tables, chiavari chairs & votive candles • Wine barrels (high-boy cocktail tables) • Riedel stemware • Market umbrellas (up to 6) • Set up & breakdown Additional Services We will also be happy to assist you in recommending preferred vendors for the following additional services: • Dance floor (included in ceremony site fee) • Live music and entertainment • Custom tenting and lighting • Audio/Visual equipment • Wine tasting/seminar • Photography • Specialty linen • Fresh florals • Transportation Terms and Conditions Menu Selection and Guest Count Menu choices, beverage selections and special dietary requests are due 14 days in advance. All food and beverage (including wine) must be purchased from Brix with the exception of desserts which can be provided by guest and serviced by Brix staff for an additional cost. A final guest count is due five (5) working days prior to your event. Host will be billed for the confirmed number of guests or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. In the event that no final guest count is given the contracted guarantee will be charged. Deposit and Payment To guarantee your space and date, we require a deposit in the amount of 50% of your estimated food and beverage total, site fee, service charge and tax. All food and beverage totals are subject to 23% service charge and local tax. The balance must be paid at the conclusion of the event. We gladly accept all major credit cards; we are not able to direct bill balances. Event Requirements: • All outside vendors must be from our Preferred Vendor List or approved by Brix before contract is signed • Motorcoach transportation is required for all parties exceeding 60+ • Wedding event (rehearsal dinner/welcome reception/post wedding brunch) coordination by approved coordinators is required • All food and beverage (including wine) must be purchased from Brix with the exception of desserts which can be provided by guest and serviced by Brix staff for an additional cost • All venues require a minimum to be spent in food and beverage • All venues require a room/space fee The Wine Cellar (Semiprivate) Located in our main dining room, our Wine Cellar features one long wooden dining table where you are surrounded by Napa Valley’s most prestigious wines. A retractable curtain can separate your group from the main dining room if wish. Maximum Occupancy: 12 Food & Beverage Minimum: Lunch $800 / Dinner $1,200 Room Fee: Lunch $200 / Dinner $500 Kelleher Family Vineyard (KVF) Dining Carved out of the Kelleher Family Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard this unique venue is the perfect outdoor dining setting for groups of 10 to 40 guests. In this space guests will enjoy our seasonal garden menu. Not in rush to get to your next wine tasting? Let us provide you with our Kelleher Family wine pairing to compliment this wonderful meal.     INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC GUIDANCE OF THE HEALTH OFFICER OF THE COUNTY OF MARIN REGARDING REQUIRED BEST PRACTICES FOR RESTAURANTS ALLOWING SEATED OUTDOOR DINING This industry-specific guidance is being issued pursuant to the May 15, 2020 Order of the Health Officer of the County of Marin Directing All Individuals in the County to Continue Sheltering in their Place of Residence (the “Shelter in Place Order”) and unless otherwise defined below, initially capitalized terms used in this guidance have the same meaning given them in that order. This guidance goes into effect June 1, 2020 upon issuance for restaurants to operate in outdoor spaces according to allowed local land uses. This guidance remains in effect until suspended, superseded, or amended by the Health Officer, is supported by the justifications set forth in the Shelter in Place Order, and automatically incorporates any revisions to that order or other future orders issued by the Health Officer that supersede that order or reference this guidance. All businesses addressed herein and allowed to operate under the Shelter in Place Order are required to follow this industry-specific guidance and implement all Best Practices detailed below. This guidance and its enumerated Best Practices may be revised by the Health Officer, through revision of this guidance or another future order, as conditions relating to COVID-19 require, at the discretion of the Health Officer.
