Group Dining / Special Events

Brix’s exciting garden to table and our friendly, professional service is available for special events in three indoor dining spaces and two unique outdoor spaces. We can accommodate any type of event, ranging in size from 2 to 250 guests. Our polished service staff attends to every detail, ensuring that your event will be memorable and worry-free.

Menu Selection and Guest Count

Menu choices, beverage selections and special dietary requests are due 14 days in advance. All and beverage (including wine) must be purchased from Brix with the exception of which can be provided by guest and serviced by Brix staff for an additional cost. A final guest count is due five (5) working days prior to your event. Host will be billed for the confirmed number of guests or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. In the event that no final guest count is given the contracted guarantee will be charged.

Deposit and Payment

To guarantee your space and date, we require a deposit in the amount of 50% of your estimated food and beverage total, site fee, service charge and tax. All food and beverage totals are subject to 23% service charge and local tax. The balance must be paid at the conclusion of the event. We gladly accept all major credit cards; we are not able to direct bill balances.

Event Requirements:

• All outside vendors must be from our Preferred Vendor List or approved by Brix before contract is signed • Motorcoach transportation is required for all parties exceeding 60+ • Wedding event (rehearsal /welcome reception/post wedding ) coordination by approved coordinators is required • All food and beverage (including wine) must be purchased from Brix with the exception of desserts which can be provided by guest and serviced by Brix staff for an additional cost • All venues require a minimum to be spent in food and beverage • All venues require a room/space fee

The Wine Cellar (Semiprivate)

Located in our main , our Wine Cellar features one long wooden dining table where you are surrounded by Napa Valley’s most prestigious wines. A retractable curtain can separate your group from the main dining room if wish.

Maximum Occupancy: 12 Food & Beverage Minimum: $800 / Dinner $1,200 Room Fee: Lunch $200 / Dinner $500

Kelleher Family Vineyard (KVF) Dining

Carved out of the Kelleher Family Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard this unique venue is the perfect setting for groups of 10 to 40 guests. In this space guests will enjoy our seasonal garden menu. Not in rush to get to your next wine tasting? Let us provide you with our Kelleher Family wine pairing to compliment this wonderful .

The Cottage

Just past the is the Cottage, a private dining room looking out onto our flower gardens, the Brix Vineyard and the Mayacamas Mountains. Double French doors can lead out to a private patio area for an appetizer reception before your event.

Maximum Occupancy: 26 Food & Beverage Minimum: Lunch $1,000 / Dinner $2,000 Room Fee: Lunch $300 / Dinner $500 Room Fee with Patio: Lunch $1,000 / Dinner $1,500 *If patio is not reserved, it will be used by restaurant guests for dining

The Oakville Room

The Oakville Room is our largest private dining space. A private patio reception area just outside the room provides space for cocktail hour before dining.

Brix Vineyard Dining / Reception Site

Our vineyard dining site is a one-of-a-kind space that allows you to literally dine amidst the vines! This gorgeous space overlooks our gardens and the Mayacamas mountain range. Dining under the stars or on beautiful afternoon, you’ll enjoy the perfect outdoor setting for lunch or dinner parties.

Brix Restaurant Exclusive

Imagine having the entire restaurant, patio and gardens to yourself for the evening! Brix is available for exclusive private events with advance notice. The garden and patio provide a convivial outdoor space for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres; the dining room offers a sophisticated feel for a seated dinner.

Maximum Occupancy: 100 Inside Main Dining Room / 180 Combined with Restaurant Patio Food & Beverage Minimum: Mon-Thurs $25,000 / Fri-Sun $40,000 Buyout Fee: Mon-Thurs $5,000 / Fri-Sun $10,000
