What’s it all about? To mark World Mental Health Day on Thursday the 10th of October 2019, a series of free events and activities to promote a positive sense of wellbeing will be held throughout the County. The purpose of the two week fest is to promote the five ways to wellbeing and highlight the mental health services and supports available here in Kerry. It is hoped that through open discussion and participation in some of the events, people in Kerry can learn how to support health and wellbeing in their own lives and in their community.
