Clerks published vide this office notification read as 2nd. The Deputy Director of Panchayats are directed to give them convenient posting based on their option stations by strictly following the guidelines framed by Government for the transfer and postings of employees in Local Self Government Departments as per G.O. read above. The Deputy Director of Panchayats are also permitted to issue transfer and postings to U.D. Clerks within the District from the District wise Queue List of U.D.Clerks prepared and published as part of General transfer 2007. While doing this the Deputy Director of Panchayats shall ensure that no U.D. Clerk is transferred except from the Queue List and the postings shall be made against the open vacancies only.
