While this is an unprecedented collection of personalities and major talent, one of the other big stars of the show this year will be The Ridgewood Country Club itself. The course has a rich history, as Byron Nelson was an assistant pro in the Depression Era.

Parking

Hospitality parking credentials will be distributed to you with your tournament tickets. There are several parking lot options and your credentials are determined by your hospitality purchase. Parking passes will either be issued in a hang tag or ticket form. All hang tag parking passes must be displayed from the rearview mirror; other parking passes will be collected for admittance into the designated parking areas.

• General parking costs $10 per car.

• General Parking is located at Westfield Garden State Plaza (One Garden State Plaza Blvd, Paramus). Please follow signage to access the lot which is located near the entrance to Lord & Taylor. Shuttles will provide transportation to and from the tournament’s Main Entrance.

• Hospitality Parking: Follow signs off major highways for designated lot number.

• Parking space is at a premium and carpooling is encouraged.

• Additional Preferred Parking is available for $25 per pass.

Please instruct your guests to lock their vehicles.

Q: Is my hospitality ticket good for the grounds? A: Y es. The ticket that admits you inside the gate and your hospitality venue is also valid for the grounds and all on-site public venues.

Q: Do my guests need a ticket for Tuesday’s practice rounds or Wednesday’s Pro-Am? A: Yes. All spectators must have a ticket to be granted access inside the gates and hospitality venues Tuesday, August 21 through Sunday, August 26.

Q: What is the best way to get items for use into my hospitality venue before the tournament? A: A ll items should be shipped to the tournament office no later than August 14. We will store and deliver packages to your venue. We receive many items, so it’s important EACH package is clearly labeled on the shipping label with your Company and Contact name (e.g. PGA TOUR-David Utlak). Shipping address is as follows:

Q: Can I bring my laptop and/or tablet into the tournament?

Q: Can I leave items inside my venue overnight during tournament week? A: Y es, but items left in venues are your responsibility. Locks for private suites are available upon request.

Q: What should I do with personal/company items after the event is over? A: An y items you wish to have returned must be packaged and labeled

Alcohol Policy Strict adherence to alcoholic beverage consumption laws will be enforced in all hospitality areas.

• Alcohol cannot be served to anyone younger than 21; proof of age will be required for anyone younger than 35. • two drinks may be purchased at a time; spectators are not allowed to carry more than two drinks at any given time.

Banners • Banner s and signs are strictly prohibited on the outside of tent structures, chalets or on any fencing. • The tournament will provide standard company signage for all hospitality venues. • Banners may be placed on the inside back or side walls of private hospitality tents. • Banners may not be placed in shared hospitality tents.

Children and Youth Youth 18 and under will be admitted free to the tournament grounds when accompanied by a properly credentialed adult. Youth age six and younger may enter hospitality venues free of charge when accompanied by a properly credentialed adult. PLEASE NOTE ; these venues are not well equipped for children’s entertainment. Anyone six years of age or older is required to have the appropriate credential/ wristband for access to each hospitality area (i.e., 18 Green Suite ticket for 18 Green Suite access, Cabana ticket for Cabana access, etc.).

First Aid Two First Aid stations are available during tournament week. One station is located behind the 17th Green. The second station is located between the 12th Fairway and the 10th Green. An ambulance is on site in event of serious injury or illness. Please consult the one-sheet information document in your suite during tournament week for the First Aid phone number. You may also contact tournament staff in case you have an emergency.

Giveaways Policy

Inclement Weather Policy If inclement weather is in the vicinity, spectators will be advised on electronic scoreboards. Spectators are encouraged to return to their vehicles or ticketed hospitality venue when this warning is given. Do not presume play will be canceled if it rains. Follow our website, Facebook and/or Twitter feeds for the latest weather information. Re-entry to the tournament will be allowed following a suspension of play. You will need a hand stamp to reenter. Tickets cannot be rescanned.
