You have committed default in payment of the outstanding dues aggregating to Rs 2,93,33,267.00/- (Rupees Two Crore Ninety Three Lakhs Thirty Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Seven Only) plus interest at monthly rests together with costs, charges, etc. in respect of credit facilities availed from our Usman Road branch. Hence the bank has issued a Demand Notice dated 05-11-2019 to pay the abovementioned amount within 60 days. You have failed to pay the amount in full even after the expiry of 60 days. Therefore, the Authorized Officer, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13(4), took possession of the secured asset, more particularly described in the schedule, hereunder on 20-01-2020.
