Mihalich has led Hofstra Gustys (11.3) – Rebounds – Murray (10.0) to 59 wins over the past three seasons and the Pride has averaged Buie (3.0) – Assists – Harper (6.0) more than 17 wins a season since Mihalich took over a program Wright-Foreman (0.5) – Steals – Harper (2.7) coming off a seven-win campaign. Mihalich guided the Pride to 15 wins Sabety (1.0) – Blocks – McLemore (3.7) during the 2016-17 season and saw four players earn honors from the Wright-Foreman (38.0) – Minutes – Brown (30.0) Colonial Athletic Association. The breakout year of Justin Wright- Foreman garnered him All-CAA Second Team accolades, while Family Coaching Tree: Hofstra Head Coach Joe Mihalich has spent freshman Eli Pemberton picked up CAA All-Rookie Team honors after his entire professional career in the coaching industry and his three a strong first season in a Hofstra uniform. Mihalich, who guided the sons have followed their father into the same profession. In addition, the NIT appearance Iona College was the program's first since 2007. Mihalich came to Hofstra after leading the Purple Eagles since 1998.
