In continuation to this office notice issued under endorsement No SSB/Sel/Secy/2017/7817 dated 31-08-2017, the Board shall conduct viva voce of freshly shortlisted candidates for the posts of Accounts Assistant, (Finance Department), District Cadre Kupwara Under Item No 397advertised vide notification no. 07 of 2010 dated 12.11.2010shall be conducted w.e.f 03rd of October 2017 onwards at Central Office of the J&K Services Selection Board, ZumZumBuilding Rambagh Srinagar from 10.00 A.M. The schedule of viva voce for freshly shortlisted candidates is annexed at Annexure "A" of this notice alongwith date, time and venue 2. The interview schedule and particulars of the eligible candidates will also be available in the offices of the Administrative Officer, J&K Services selection Board, Jammu /Srinagar. 3. All/any additional qualifications / reserved category certificate acquired by the candidate after the last date of receipt of application forms shall not be entertained. 4. Mere figuring of name in the list does not entitle the candidate to appear in the interview as it shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates shortlisted. 5. No separate interview call letter shall be issued to any candidate whose name figures in the said list and this notice shall be deemed to be interview call to appear before the interview committee on the schedule date, time and venue. A candidate who fails to appear in the interview on the given date shall not be interviewed later and shall forfeit his/her right of consideration. 6. In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc proved at the time of interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview, or if any deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified. 7. The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials as asked for vide above referred advertisement notification before the interview committee at the time of interview. The candidates who fail to produce such certificates / testimonials may forfeit their candidature. 8. Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or making false statement, incorrect statement or suppressing material information shall be rendered liable to criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration for any or all recruitments made by the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate. 9. No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the interview. Note:- (1) The candidates are advised to bring Photostat copy of each certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer with his/herseal or self attestedby the candidate for depositing with the Board on the scheduled date and time of interview in addition to original documents, failing which no claim / objection in this regard shall be entertained. (2) The candidates have been included in the interview list provisionally and only such candidates shall be allowed to appear in the interview who are within age, possess valid category certificates and prescribed qualification before the cut off date. (3) Mobile phone is not allowed inside the office premises. Department of Zoology, University of Kashmir, Srinagar, (J&K), India ***Department of Entomology, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, (PB), India ABSTRACT: The survey-cum-collection tour were undertaken in the Kupwara district of J&K from 2007- 2009 to know the butterfly fauna of the area, highlighting their month wise distribution, seasonal distribution, and flight period and other bio-ecological components. Thirty six species of butterflies belongs to 8 families and 30 genera were collected. The butterfly activity was observed from March to November and the highest abundance was in summer season (June-August) whereas there was no butterfly activity in winter (December-February). The most dominant family was Nymphalidae followed by Pieridae, Satyridae and Lycaenidae. Highest distribution was observed in habitats like forests, hilly areas, gardens near forests in areas like Batpora (Magam), Drugmulla, Karnah, Langate, Lolab Valley, Mawar, Panzgam, Rajwar, Trehgam, and Villgam. The other floral and faunal elements of the area need to be studied so that the biodiversity of the area can be compiled and documented.
