To get a jumpstart on the summer grilling season, the Ranch Hand Platters allow guests to choose from various premium proteins — 1/3 rack of BBQ ribs, grilled chicken, or smoked rope sausage — and are served with steak fries, coleslaw and a side of signature Honey BBQ Sauce.
