In 2018, the HCC Foundation celebrated its most successful gala, with appreciation to co-chairs and Michael Sabouni for their outstanding efforts to ensure even more students have the opportunity to pursue their studies at HCC. Overall, we provided $3 million in scholarships and grants in FY2018, all thanks to you and the generous support of our many friends in the community who share our vision for educational opportunity for all Houstonians. I am also grateful for the dedicated efforts of the HCC Foundation Board of Directors and the leadership of Board President David Regenbaum and the Executive Committee, and especially Immediate Past President Mary Williams who set the HCC Foundation on a path of excellence. In 2018, the PVF Roundtable, an organization of Pipe, Valve, HCC Foundation and Fitting industry professionals, provided over $31,000 in support for their Advanced Manufacturing Scholarship at the HCC Foundation. The funds were raised at the 10th annual Don Caffee Memorial Golf Tournament held in May 2018.
