Route Description Points of Interest Sustrans 7 Callander to Strathyre offers Families the ideal escape for the Loch Lubnaig day with spectacular views along Loch Lubnaig while passing through Falls of Leny wild unspoilt forest regions. Views of Ben Ledi Callander attractions, paths, picnic sites From Wheels Turn right and go to the mini roundabout turn left and over the bridge into Callander Cycle west, out of Callander along the A84, Rob Roy Way - Long Distance Route and Great and about 50 yards past a Tesco store follow a path going left, next to a Trossachs Forest Path pedestrian crossing – it is indicated by a blue sign for Strathyre. A bridge takes you over Garbh Uisage then the line of the former railway passes Facilities fields, goes over a track and reaches the A821, which you cross. The Quality local refreshments are available at track continues past the Falls of Leny – see above for a detour to them – Strathyre, Callander is well served with and on to a car park for Ben Ledi. Keep straight on after the car park, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and following another blue sign for Strathyre. A minor road leads along Loch accommodation. Lubnaig, turning into a track again after some chalets. About a mile-and- a-half after the chalets, the track rises to a junction where you go right. Cycle Hire The well-signposted track then reaches fields before climbing to the edge Wheels Cycling Centre of forestry and dropping down towards Strathyre. At the bottom of a long Invertrossachs Road, Callander hill, follow a sign, right, at some wooden houses.
