AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL (, NORMANBY, , AND ) (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER (NO. 1) 2005

The Council of the Borough of (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act of 1984”) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 hereby makes the following Order:-

1. This Order shall come into operation on the 4th day of September, 2006 and may be cited as the Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Eston, Normanby, Ormesby, Teesville and Nunthorpe) (Waiting, Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order (No. 1) 2005.

2. The Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Eston,Normanby,Ormesby,Teesville and Nunthorpe) (Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2003 is hereby amended as follows:-

(a) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 1.00 - NO WAITING AT ANY TIME:-

NORMANBY West Street West side from a point 64 metres south of its junction with Grosvenor Gardens to the southerly property boundary of No. 70. (b) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 1.00 - NO WAITING AT ANY TIME:-

TEESVILLE Fabian Road The north side from its junction with Tawney Road in an easterly direction for a distance of 19 metres (to the boundary line between Nos. 133 and 135). (c) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 1.00 - NO WAITING AT ANY TIME:- (i) NUNTHORPE Gypsy Lane Both sides from its junction with Road for a distance of 15 metres in a westerly direction. (ii) Ormesby Bank West side. From a point 40 metres north of its junction with Swan’s Corner roundabout in a southerly direction for 82 metres.

(d) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 2.7 - NO WAITING MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 A.M. TO 9:30 A.M. AND 2:30 P.M. TO 4:00 P.M.:-

NUNTHORPE Guisborough Road The east side from its junction with Swan’s Corner Roundabout in a southerly direction for a distance of 175 metres.

(e) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 3.11 - NO LOADING AND UNLOADING MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:30 A.M. TO 9:30 A.M. AND 2:45 P.M. TO 3:45 P.M.:-

TEESVILLE Sandsend Road East side. From the southern boundary line of No. 43 for a distance of 22 metres in a southerly direction.

(f) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 3.5 NO LOADING AND UNLOADING MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 A.M. TO 9:30 A.M. AND 2:30 P.M. TO 4:00 P.M.:-

NUNTHORPE Guisborough Road

(i) The west side from its junction with Gypsy Lane for 267 metres in a northerly direction.

(ii) The east side from its junction with Swan’s Corner Roundabout in a southerly direction for a distance of 175 metres.

(g) (REVOCATION) DELETE THE FOLLOWING SIDES AND LENGTHS OF ROAD FROM SCHEDULE NO. 1.00, NO WAITING AT ANYTIME:-

ESTON Fabian Road South side. From the western boundary of No. 70 in a westerly direction for a distance of 19 metres.

3. THE PROVISIONS OF EXISTING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ARE REVOKED INSOFAR AS THERE ARE INCONSISTENCIES WITH THIS ORDER.

4. THE INTERPRETATION ACT 1978 SHALL APPLY FOR THE INTERPRETATION OF THIS ORDER AS IT APPLIES TO THE INTERPRETATION OF AN ACT OF PARLIAMENT.
