The tour will start from Palermo to reach the Natural reserve Trapani’s salt works , that reach out 1000 hectares and where the ancient work of extract sea salt still exists. In Erice , moreover, you will able to taste the very famous "Genovesi" (a delicious sweet made of shortcrust pastry and custard) or cassatelle ericine made with ricotta or the many varieties of fried “little orange” (arancine): because remember that here arancine are FIMMINE (females!).
