 Day 1 Islamabad is the capital city of , and is federally administered as part of the Islamabad Capital Territory. Islamabad is the ninth largest city in Pakistan, while the larger Islamabad– Rawalpindi metropolitan area is the country's fourth largest with a population of about 3.1 million.

Travel from Islamabad to Shogran via Kiwai. Reached shogran in evening. Overnight stay in Shogran.

 Day 2 Shogran is a hill station situated on a green plateau in the , northern Pakistan at a height of 2,362 metres (7,749 ft) above sea level. It is located in the province of . Shogran is located at a distance of 34 kilometres away from . Siri Paye is situated at a height of almost 9,498 feet, Siri Paye meadows is an unforgettable sight because the view from there includes a glimpse of , , and the mountains of Kashmir.

Morning breakfast at hotel. Leave for Siri Paye via jeep. Return to Shogran. Overnight stay in hotel.

 Day 3 Naran is a medium-sized town in upper Kaghan Valley in District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is located 119 kilometers from Mansehra city at the altitude of 2,409 meters (7,904 ft).It is located about 65 kilometer away from Babusar Top. It is a popular tourist attraction locally as well as internationally. Jheel Saif ul Muluk is a mountainous lake located at the northern end of the Kaghan Valley, near the town of Naran in the Saiful Muluk National Park. At an elevation of 3,224 m (10,578 feet) above sea level, the lake is located above the tree line, and is one of the highest lakes in Pakistan.

It is the highest point in the Babusar Valley that can be easily accessed by cars. The Babusar Pass connects Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with Gilgit Baltistan.

 Day 5 Rakaposhi is a mountain in the Karakoram mountain range in the Gilgit-Baltistan territory of Pakistan. It is situated in the middle of the Bagrote valley, Nagar valley and danyor, approximately 100 km north of the city of Gilgit. Rakaposhi is also known as Dumani ("Mother of Mist" or "Mother of Clouds"). It is ranked 27th highest in the world. Altit fort is an ancient fort at Altit town in the in Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It was originally home to the hereditary rulers of the Hunza state who carried the title Mir. Baltit Fort is a fort in the Hunza valley, near the town of Karimabad, in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of northern Pakistan. Founded in the 8th CE, it has been on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative list since 2004.

 Day 6 Khunjerab Pass is a 4,693-meter (15,397 ft)-high mountain pass in the Karakoram Mountains, in a strategic position on the northern border of Pakistan (Gilgit–Baltistan's Hunza and on the southwest border of China (Xinjiang). Attabad Lake is a lake located in the Gojal region of Hunza Valley in Gilgit−Baltistan, Pakistan. It was created in January 2010 as the result of a major landslide in Attabad. The lake has become one of the biggest tourist attractions in Gilgit−Baltistan, offering activities like boating, jet-skiing, fishing and other recreational activities. The is a 1,300 km national highway which extends from Hasan Abdal in the Punjab province of Pakistan to the Khunjerab Pass in Gilgit-Baltistan, where it crosses into China and becomes China National Highway 314. The highway is a popular tourist attraction and is one of the highest paved roads in the world, passing through the Karakoram mountain range.

The hotel has fascinating views of Rakaposhi, Ultar, Golden peak & other snowcapped mountains.

 Day 8 Hunza is a mountainous valley in the autonomous Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. Hunza is situated in the northern part of Gilgit-Baltistan. It is at an elevation of 2,438 meters.

Morning breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Chilas via Gilgit (5 hrs drive). Overnight stay in hotel.

 Day 9 Balakot is a town in in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Balakot is located on the right bank of the Kunhar River. It is almost at two-thirds of the length of river from it its origin at Lake Dharam Sar deep in the Kaghan Valley, before it confluence with Jehlum River.

Morning breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Balakot (6 hrs drive). Short stay at River Kunhar. Overnight stay in hotel.

 Day 10 Islamabad is known as a relatively clean, calm and green city by Pakistan standards. It hosts a large number of diplomats, politicians and government employees. Islamabad is a modern, well planned, well maintained and well-organized international city on the Pothohar Plateau in the north-eastern part of Pakistan.
