COVID Regulations

Following the lifting of regulations we have taken a few steps to go back to some normality in our churches. However we also recognise that with high case numbers, for some these will be really nerve racking times. This is one of those times when the Romans 14 advice comes into play about caring for those who may struggle in a situation where you don’t and considering them above yourself. Therefore we won’t be relaxing all regulations straight away.

We are therefore suggesting that:  Facemasks are still worn when entering and exiting the churches or in crowded areas.  Singing can now happen but different churches are choosing different ways with regards to singing. Some are asking that we sing while wearing a mask, others are suggesting we can choose to sing without masks but to face away from people near us.  Social Distancing. Please also respect social distancing for those uncomfortable being too close to someone else.  While the common Communion cup can now be used, we will continue with our current practice of the Minister dipping the wafer.  Refreshments to be serviced at family services outside.  No track and Trace

It won’t look the same in every church so please be sensible when you judge what precautions we should be taking and which we shouldn’t.
