We will have Judging Forms in your Bag of Goodies that you will receive when you arrive at the hotel. We will have a VCCA table set up in the Lobby. If you want to see what the forms look like, you can go on-line at www.vcca.org and print the appropriate Judging Forms. If you are unfamiliar with the rules associated with the Judging Classes, you may also want to go to the www.vcca.org website and call up the Judging Manual for review. Even if you have not volunteered to be a Judge, you should attend the Judges Meeting on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. to learn more about the process. All vehicle owners must have the VCCA Judging Form filled out completely and signed before you can pass the Field Entrance Checks. This form must be completed, including the Field Entrance Check notes, to enter the Judging Field on Friday morning. We will be providing Field Entrance Checks at the Hotel on Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. That way you can bypass the line on Friday morning. Please also note that Fire Extinguishers are required to enter the Judging Field on Friday. They are to be placed on the front floorboard on the passenger side. Also, a copy of your Owner’s Manual is recommended to be placed on the front seat. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks and we look forward to seeing you at the meet.
