Carjacking Columbia, 21044: 10000 block of Town Center Avenue, March 1 8:06 p.m. An adult female victim reported that she was in her vehicle when she was approached by two suspects who displayed a handgun and demanded her vehicle. The victim complied and the suspects drove off in the vehicle. No one was injured. Police responded, located the vehicle on Route 175, and attempted to stop it before it fled. The vehicle crashed in a neighboring jurisdiction and police arrested the occupants. ARRESTED: Alexus Shantel Scott, 25, of Oakford Avenue in Baltimore, and Khaliq Nafi Wright, 18, of N. Bentalou Street in Baltimore, charged with armed carjacking, armed robbery, assault, motor vehicle theft, and weapon violations

Upon arriving at the agreed upon location, the victim was approached by two male suspects, one of whom displayed a knife. The suspects stole the sneakers and fled. No one was injured. SUSPECTS: two black males in their mid-20s with thin builds, no further description *Residents are reminded that the police department offers three designated safe places to conduct transactions arranged online.
