Introduction Community Action Plan

This is the Community Action Plan for the Upper area of and Crathie. It has been developed under the lead of the Ballater and Crathie Community Council working with Area Partnership and Council. A Steering Committee representing various community groups was established in June 2017 and this group has undertaken the task of engaging extensively with the community and stakeholders to produce this Action Plan.
