REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO WEDDING CEREMONIES AND PHOTOGRAPHY:
· Wedding photography fee is $100 and is non-refundable. You may reserve another date if required. Maximum, 25 people, limited to bridal party and parents. · Wedding ceremony fee is $400. A non-refundable photography fee is additional. · Cancellation charges of $200 apply to wedding ceremonies, however, if you choose to reschedule within one year of the original date, we will hold your payment and apply it to the new date. This offer is valid for one year only from the date of your wedding, after which time we cannot refund any of your payment. · Bring permit with you on the day of the event. Park or security personnel will ask to see it. · Conservatory Garden is a "Quiet Zone." Amplified music and audio equipment are not allowed. Acoustic string instruments are permitted. · Rules and directives of Park personnel must be followed. · Scheduled (30 minute) wedding photography sessions are permitted on the lawn area. · Wedding receptions are not permitted in Conservatory Garden. · Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not permitted in Conservatory Garden. · Chairs, tents, tables, podiums, rugs and/or runners are not permitted in the Garden. · Floral pieces, balloons, signage, ribbons, ropes, banners, or draping around trees/shrubs are not permitted. · Throwing rice, birdseed, flowers/petals (real or artificial), or confetti is prohibited (bubbles are permitted). · Drones of any size or functionality. · Pursuant to Section 1-04(i) of the NYC Parks Rules, the release of birds or animals of any kind in the Garden is prohibited. · The public has access to the Garden and can only be requested to stay clear of the immediate area of the wedding/photography session.
The Permittee is liable for any and all damage or injury to property or persons that may arise in connection with the use of the Garden, and by accepting this permit, the Permittee agrees to hold the City of New York, and the Central Park Conservancy, Inc. together with their respective officials and employees harmless from any claims whatsoever which may result from such use.

I, the undersigned, agree to follow all applicable rules and regulations relating to the use of the Garden. I understand that the public will have access to the Garden at all times during my event and can only be requested to stay clear of the immediate area of the ceremony and/or photography session.
