The entire education system Document -1 was caught in a jiffy to devise innovative strategies to educate the pupils, while keeping them safe from the pandemic. It was the vision of Dr Hemalatha Reddy, Principal Sri Venkateswara College and Dr Randeep Guleria, Director AIIMS, New Delhi that brought forward the idea of conducting a live Webinar, to address the students and the common masses, and clear their apprehensions about the ongoing pandemic. It was decided that the webinar would be free for all, thus YouTube was chosen as the platform to host the webinar. The promotion of the event was done mostly through social media and word of mouth. An organising team led by Dr Vartika Mathur, Assistant Professor, Sri Venkateswara College and Dr N Latha, Associate Professor and Convener of IQAC, Sri Venkateswara College was formulated. The participants were asked to register using a google form created by the organising team. The webinar was planned to be interactive, as the participants could ask their queries in the live chat box in the comment section, and the moderators would ask them to the speaker on behalf of the participants and the speakers would answer them live. The Event The event was scheduled as a three day Webinar Series. Figure 1: Profession wise split-up of the participants.
