In the process, Westbrook tied Craig Heath’s school record with two punt returns for scores in the same season, a mark set back in 1980.

Missouri S&T held McKendree to a net total of minus 61 yards rushing in the Sept. 15 game, matching the second-lowest total in a game in school history. The Miners held Evansville to minus 65 on the ground on Sept. 22, 1984, while on Oct. 26, 1985, Lincoln fi nished with a net of minus 61 on the ground against the Miners.
