With effect from 1 March 2016 the faculty fee payable on submission of a petition will be £249.00. The faculty fee is for private faculties and Reservations of Gravespaces.

The fee for a private faculty which can be administered by the Archdeacons will be £197.00.

The fees are set out in the Ecclesiastical Judges, Legal Officers and Others (Fees) Order 2015 which come into effect on 1 March 2016.
