WONG TUNG & PARTNERS Wong Tung & Partners Probably one of the oldest architectural practices in Hong Kong An interview with Mr Edward S T Ho, Group Chairman, Wong Tung & Partners some 100 projects which, I believe, is a record for a local architectural practice. Major milestones One of the most important projects undertaken by our firm in the 60s was Mei Foo Sun Chuen. Developed over a period of more than 10 years, Mei Foo Sun Chuen is the largest private residential estate in Hong Kong. We transformed the former Mobil oil depot into a condominium, with some 99 residential tower blocks, accommodating more than 60,000 residents. The development was regarded as a model for many similar projects to come in the following decades. It was the overwhelming success of Mei Foo Sun Chuen that led us to work with Edward S T Ho is Group Chairman of Wong Tung Group of Companies. Mr Ho Swire Properties to develop Taikoo Shing in the has a wide ranging architectural experience in Hong Kong, Mainland China and 70s, which again, sets new standards for large- the US. Minutes of 368th Meeting of the Metro Planning Committee held on 22.2.2008 Agenda Item 9 [Closed Meeting] Proposed Amendments to the Approved Hung Hom Outline Zoning Plan No. S/K9/20 (MPC Paper No. 12/08) 1. The Secretary reported that the following Members had declared interests in this item : Ms. Starry W.K. Lee - her spouse having a property which was a subject of one of the proposed amendments under consideration; and Mr. James Merritt - being the representative of Lands Department, and there were two potential sale sites (5-23 Lee Kung Street and the ex-Ko Shan Road Customs & Excise Service Married Quarters site) which was each a subject of one of the proposed amendments under consideration. 2. The Committee noted that Mr. James Merritt had already left the meeting. [Ms. Starry W.K. Lee left the meeting at this point.] 3. Mr. Eric C.K. Yue, District Planning Officer/Kowloon (DPO/K), Mr. C.C. Lau, Senior Town Planner/Kowloon (STP/K), and Mr. Derek P.K. Tse, Town Planner/Kowloon (TP/K), of the Planning Department (PlanD), as well as Miss R. Chao and Miss Y.N. Wang, Air Ventilation Assessment (AVA) Consultants, were invited to the meeting at this point. 4. Mr. C.C. Lau said that replacement pages 33, 35 and 36 of the Paper as well as Plan A showing the building height (BH) restrictions for the Hung Hom area and the surrounding areas had been tabled at the meeting. With the aid of a Powerpoint presentation, Mr. Lau then briefed Members on the item as detailed in the Paper and covered the following main points: - 2 - Building Height Review Background (a) with the removal of the ex-Kai Tak Airport, the Hung Hom area had been subject to redevelopment pressure. -

Vigers Hong Kong Property Index Series • As a complement to the existing property information related to the Hong Kong property market • To better inform public of the ever-changing residential market as Vigers has selected residential districts or areas which will be impacted by the Objectives territories’ infrastructure project, i.e. the MTR network expansion • To continually get updates from the property market 2 Hedonic model of price measurement Assumption Asset’s value can be derived from the value of its different characteristics Home Price Dependence on the values that buyers have placed on both qualitative and quantitative attributes Hedonic Estimation of the implicit market value of each Regression attributes of a property by comparing sample home prices with their associated characteristics, on a monthly basis Logarithm of transaction price will be used as independent variable for the regression model, whilst logarithm of dependent variables, such as building’s age, floor numbers, floor areas, and regional, district and estate building names will be selected in the model as controls for quality mix, apart from the time dummy variables (which are the most important part of the model), being employed. Methodology 3 The “Vigers Hong Kong Property Price Index Series” provides a perspective to understand movements in the Hong Kong private housing prices, based on the types or locations of properties. By applying the “Hedonic Regression Model”, the Index Series calculate property price changes relative to a base period at January 2017 (Level 100). Every published index represents an average of its latest six individual monthly indexes. All property attributes such as Building Age, Floor Number, Net Floor Size and Estates / Districts used in these calculations are consistent. -

Interim Report 2001 / 2002 Management Discussion and Analysis BUSINESS REVIEW Property Sales The economy of Hong Kong has been adversely affected by the 911 attack incident in the United States. For the six months ended 31st December, 2001, a total of approximately 1,200 units which was attributable to the Group and amounted to approximately HK$2,700 million were sold by the Group. Out of these, there were 500 completed units generating sales proceeds of approximately HK$1,400 million. During the period, the Group completed the following development projects, namely, 99 Tai Tong Road, Yuen Long with an attributable gross floor area of approximately 210,000 sq.ft., 28 Mercury Street, Hong Kong with an attributable gross floor area of approximately 18,000 sq.ft. and Phase VIII of Lexi New City, Shajiao Island, Panyu, Guangdong Province with an attributable gross floor area of approximately 410,000 sq.ft.
