Prices

Rental of the Barns comprises a Basic Charge with Adjustments Basic Charges: 2019: £4,500 2020: £4,750 2021: £5,000

Use of Civil Ceremonies Barn plus 10% 100 to 150 total guests plus £500 Adjustments: 150 to 200 total guests plus £1,000 Monday and Thursday Weddings less £750 *1 Tuesday and Wednesday Weddings less £1,500 *1 (*1 save either side of a bank holiday)

Contract

On deciding to rent the venue, we require: a complete a booking form £500 booking and damages deposit We do not unnecessarily restrict your choice of caterer, or other service provider but do require that you get our approval of them prior to their hire

All service providers are required to abide by our Providers Terms of Acceptance and Agreement of Understanding

Persons Renting the Barns are required to agree to and abide by our Terms and Conditions of Rental
