Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival FAQ

Q: When is the Carnival? A: The 40th Annual Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival is scheduled for Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 1:30-6:00 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Center (3601 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148).

Q: How much are admission tickets? A: Pre-purchased Early Admission tickets are $35 for adults and children and will allow fans to enter the building at 1:30 p.m. General Admission tickets will allow fans to enter at 3:00 p.m. and are available for Adults ($20) and Children 12 and under ($15), children two and under are admitted free. Parking is also free. To purchase tickets log onto philadelphiaflyers.com/Carnival, call 1-800-298-4200 or stop by the Wells Fargo Center Box Office.

Q: Can I pre-purchase Photograph/Autograph Combo Tickets? A: Yes! Players will be available for pre-purchase of the Photograph/Autograph Combo ticket, which allows you one photograph with that player, and the opportunity to get up to two items autographed. These players typically sell out in advance, so purchase ahead of time to ensure yourself time with your favorite players! Due to time constraints, the photo taken will not be autographed.

Q: What if I pre-purchased a Combo Ticket for a player who is traded, injured or otherwise unable to attend the Carnival? A: In the event a player is traded, injured or otherwise unable to attend the Carnival, the pre-sold Autograph/Photograph Combo Ticket may be exchanged for Carnival Bucks that can be used at select locations at the Carnival. Please check philadelphiaflyers.com/carnival for a complete update on player availability, as vouchers will not be accepted at activities that are sold out. All purchasers will be notified via email or mail with further instructions.

Q: What players are available for advance Photograph/Autograph Combo Tickets? A: , Jake Voracek, and Shayne Gostisbehere are available for advance purchase. Please check philadelphiaflyers.com/carnival for the latest news on player availability as the pre-sold players typically sell out in advance.

Q: Will I still be able to see the players who are in the pre-sold combo booths? A: Yes, the players scheduled to be in the presold auto/photo booths will be available during an autograph session. Please check the schedule of events at philadelphiaflyers.com/carnival to see where all of the players will be and when.

Q: How far in advance can I get in line for my activity ticket? A: In an effort to give our fans the best carnival experience, those with pre-purchased activity tickets (Photo/Autograph Combo booths and on , will be able to get in line no more than 30 minutes prior to their ticket time. For instance, fans who pre-purchase a Claude Giroux Combo Ticket for the 3:00-4:00 time slot will be able to get in line beginning at 2:30 p.m.

Q: I noticed that some of the pre-sold Autograph/Photograph Combo Booths don’t begin until 30 minutes after the start of the Carnival. Why is that? A: We want to give fans with pre-sold tickets the opportunity to enter the building and get to their pre-sold ticketed location without missing any of their allotted time.

Q: With my autograph ticket, how many items may I get signed? A: If time permits, up to two items may be signed.

Q: How many people can get in a photo at a Photo or Combo Booth? A: Due to spacing concerns, we kindly ask that no more than four (4) people are in your party for a photograph.

Q: Do you have accommodations for individuals with disabilities? A: Absolutely! We make it a priority to accommodate the needs of individuals with disabilities by having Accessibility Escorts available for pick-up at VIP Will Call. Those attendees needing assistance should report there immediately upon entering the Wells Fargo Center. You and one guest will be matched with an Accessibility Escort who will be your guide for the day. Activity tickets will be available for purchase at VIP Will Call prior to your departure from the area. Please note: activities that are sold out will not be available for purchase the day of the Carnival.

Q: Do I have to have an admission ticket to purchase an Autograph/Photograph Combo or Shot on Goal ticket? A: Yes, all Carnival attendees must have an admission ticket in order to be admitted into the Wells Fargo Center on the day of the Carnival.

Q: Do I have to pay for parking on the day of the Carnival? A: No. Parking for the Flyers Wives Fight For Lives Carnival is free!

Q: What time do doors open? A: For Early Admission, doors will open at approximately 1 p.m. For General Admission, doors will open at 3 p.m.

Q: Will the Phantoms be at the Carnival? A: Yes! The Phantoms will be at the 40th Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival.

Q: Do you have a map of the Carnival layout? A: Closer to the event we will be releasing the Carnival map and schedule online and then will be available upon entering the arena while supplies last.

Q: Do you accept volunteers for the Flyers Wives Carnival? A: We are so appreciative of the fan support at the Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival, however, at this time, all of our volunteers are internal employees of Comcast-Spectacor and our family of companies. However, we would love your support as a Carnival attendee or corporate sponsor.

Q. What items am I allowed to bring in? Can I bring a hockey stick? A. You are allowed to bring in a hockey stick. Every bag and item is subject to a security check when entering the building. Please have any bags or items ready along with your Carnival ticket.

Q. What happened in the event of inclement weather? A. The Carnival is an all-weather event. In the event of severe weather, the Flyers organization will release a statement the day of the event via all viable media and social outlets.
