Luas Cross City Abbey Street Car Park Access

Works to start 21st May for 4-6 weeks To facilitate essential works required for the Luas Cross City infrastructure contract access from Talbot Street onto Marlborough Street will be closed for the above duration. Traffic accessing the car park from Abbey Street via Marlborough Street will still be able to access Marlborough Street from Sean MacDermott Street or Parnell Street. Access route details are provided below.

Traffic on approach north of Sean Mac Dermott Street 1. Traffic on Summerhill to continue on straight onto Parnell Street. Traffic on Middle Gardiner Street to turn right onto Parnell Street 2. Take 3rd left turn onto Marlborough Street 3. Continue along Marlborough Street to junction at Lower Abbey Street 4. Take left turn onto Abbey Street 5. Continue along Abbey Street taking the left turn into Abbey Street Car Park

Traffic on approach south of Sean Mac Dermott Street 1. Traffic approaching from the south to travel through Beresford Place onto Lower Gardiner Street. Traffic on Talbot Street to turn right onto Lower Gardiner Street 2. At the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Sean Macdermott Street 3. At the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Marlborough Street 4. Follow 3 - 5 above

Traffic diversion signs will be in place for the duration of works.
