Message from — Reported The Nattional Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Bill, 2012 Secretary-General, reported to the House the following message received from the Lok Sabha as signed by the Secretary-General of the Lok Sabha:- "In accordance with the provisions of rule 120 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Lok Sabha, I am directed to inform you that Lok Sabha, at its sitting held on the 4th September, 2012, agreed without amendment to the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Bill, 2012, which was passed by Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 13th August, 2012.‖ 12-03 p.m.

Dr. Prabha Thakur laid on the Table, a copy (in English and Hindi) of the Seventeenth Report of the Committee on Empowerment of Women (2011-12) on Action Taken by the Government on the recommendations contained in the Twelfth Report (Fifteenth Lok Sabha) on the subject ‗Working of National Commission for Women and State Commissions for Women'.

(i) Study Tour Report of the Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes on their visit to Kolkata, Guwahati, Agartala and Itanagar during February, 2011; and (ii) Study Tour Report of the Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes on their visit to Jodhpur, Mumbai, Diu and Ahmedabad during November, 2011.
